MEET BECCA

Becca Barnard is a certified 200-hour yoga instructor specializing in teaching gentle yoga, mindfulness, and meditation.

Her passion for yoga began in her teenage years, continuing through her studies at Marymount Manhattan College, where she earned a B.A. in Art History and Psychology. In 2012, she qualified as a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT) after completing the West Hartford Yoga Teacher Training program under Barbara Ruzansky, alongside studies with renowned instructors like Sean Corn, Cheri Clampett, Arturo Peal and Jodi Komitor.

Becca is notable for her work with children and communities with all abilities, certified by Sonia Sumar. She conducts yoga classes and workshops in schools and support programs around Greater Hartford. Her work has called her to communities throughout New England, and she continues to advance her expertise through Therapeutic Yoga Training and Reiki Master Certification.
